Transfer from MBDA to PGZ. New Board Member

The Group points out in its release that Jan Grabowski is an experienced manager with 2 decades of experience gathered in an international setting, primarily in the defence sector. Over the last 6 years, starting from 2018, he was working as the General Delegate to Pland at MBDA. Before that he had been responsible for CEE market at the French Nexter Systems company. Between 2012 and 2014 he was working as the Head of Strategy and International Cooperation Department at Bumar Sp. z o.o.

Jan Grabowski graduated from the University of Warsaw, with a major in International Relationsa, SGH Warsaw School of Economics Postgraduate programme in PR and Strategic Communication, and Studies at the Institut des hautes études de Defense Nationale à Paris, IHEDN.

As of late March 2024, Krzysztof Trofiniak has been the President of the Management Board at PGZ S.A. The management board includes, alongside Jan Grabowski, Arkadiusz Bąk, Marcin Idzik, and Piotr Zawieja, all apointed in early April this year. The qualification procedure that resulted in Jan Grabowski becoming a board member was launched on 25th April.
