During the MSPO 2021 event, the Łukasiewicz Research Network - Industrial Research Institute for Automation and Measurements (PIAP) has presented a myriad of unmanned solutions designed to be adopted by the Polish Armed Forces. Michał Janasik, Vice-President at Łukasiewicz Center for Finances and Commercialization told us that, based on a newly signed letter of intent, the Łukasiewicz Network would be working with the PGZ Group, in order to intensify the inclusion of the Polish tech know-how in the defence industry. We deeply believe that we will be able to significantly accelerate the development of technologies in the Polish Armed Forces, as technology within the PGZ Group would thrive, with the Group acting, primarily, as a supplier for the Polish Army, and as an exporter, for customers all over the world, he said. Łukasiewicz-PIAP’s Adam Szczepczyński, referring to the aforementioned Polish technologies, mentioned systems and robots that could potentially be adopted by the Polish Armed Forces. These include PIAP-Gryf, PIAP-Feniks, and PIAP-Patrol systems
