PGZ has new Management Board

According to Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa S.A. (Polish Armaments Group), on Monday 8 April the Supervisory Board elected the members of the company’s Management Board. Following people were appointed: Arkadiusz Bak (former Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Economy in 2014-2015, affiliated with the PSL), Marcin Idzik (former Deputy Minister of Defence and Vice-President, and then - until 2015 - President of Polski Holding Obronny) and Piotr Zawieja. The new members of the PGZ S.A. Management Board commence their duties on 9 April 2024.

Earlier, the Supervisory Board elected the President of the Management Board of PGZ S.A., who became Mr Krzysztof Trofiniak. He has held this position since 25 March this year.
