Cyber24 Day on October 2, 2024: The 5th Edition of the Cybersecurity Conference
On October 2, 2024, the 5th edition of the conference dedicated to digitalization, cybersecurity, and new technologies will take place at the Marriott Hotel in Warsaw. Government representatives, military personnel, experts, and analysts from Poland and around the world will discuss future directions for the industry.
Organized by Defence24 Group, the Cyber24 Day conference has become a staple in the calendar of key cybersecurity events. On October 2nd, a series of debates, discussions, and behind-the-scenes talks will focus on digital security, cybersecurity, and new technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Attendees will include representatives from the government, administration, military personnel, civilians, experts, scientists, and media representatives from Poland, as well as delegates from Europe and beyond, all gathering to discuss the challenges facing the industry on both national and global levels.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs Krzysztof Gawkowski, Secretary of State Cezary Tomczyk of the Ministry of Defence, and Major General Karol Molenda, Commander of the Cyber Defense Force Component Command (DKWOC), have already confirmed their participation and will deliver opening speeches.
But that’s not all: this year will also feature special guests and international debates in a firechat format.
„I am pleased to once again invite you to Cyber24 Day, a leading conference dedicated to key cybersecurity issues. This year’s edition will focus on the functioning of the cyber environment in Poland and worldwide, military operations in cyberspace, information warfare issues, civil-military cooperation, and artificial intelligence. We will discuss how to prepare for challenges arising from cyberspace and how to build an effective cybersecurity system,” commented August Żywczyk, Vice President of the Defence24 Group.
„We hope that by organizing the Cyber24 Day conference, we contribute to spreading knowledge about cybersecurity and digitalization, which – as everyone now acknowledges – concern each and every one of us. The all-day event is also usually a great opportunity to announce important industry news and a place to meet important guests from Poland and around the world,” added Nikola Bochyńska, Editor-in-Chief of CyberDefence24.pl.
Year by year, the conference enjoys increasing interest, demonstrating a growing awareness of the strategic importance of digital projects from both a state and citizen perspective.
