Changes in the Structure of the PGZ Group’s Supervisory Board
Grzegorz Domański has been appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of the Polish Armaments Group, during an Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders.
According to the information released by the Polish Armaments Group, Grzegorz Domański, was appointed new member of the Supervisory Board. Within the period between 2007 and 2017, Grzegorz Domański was working at the Ministry of Treasury, among other roles, as the Chief Specialist at the Department of Strategic Companies, formerly known as the Department of Key Companies.
Starting from 1st March 2017, Grzegorz Domański has been working as the Head of the Supervisory Division at the Department of Treasury of the PM’s Office.
Grzegorz Domański has passed an exam for the candidates willing work as members of the Supervisory Boards within the state-owned companies, and as a representative of the Polish Treasury he has been working as a Member of the Supervisory Boards at the companies in which majority or minority of shares were owned by the Treasury. He was working as the Deputy Head of the Supervisory Board of the WSK PZL-Warszawa II S.A. company, and as the Deputy Head of the Supervisory Board of the PIT-RADWAR S.A company, with the latter entity being a part of the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ Group).
Domański has accumulated more than 13 years of professional experience gained in private companies that render the services for the bank sector and in the central administration. He has obtained a Master’s degree in Law, he has graduated from the Lazarski University in Warsaw.
